I’ve been trying to get someone on the phone but everyone tells me on their end it shows no delay, ordered internet service the 1st, showed the 5th for delivery+activation date, which then pushed to the 9th, now the 16th, with no explanation why. The equipment hasn’t shipped out for my self install package and every chat is just “it will be delivered by this date.” With no explanation at all.
