Extreme internal shaking and muscle spasms

I started taking 25mg upped it to 50mg and was fine for 3 weeks. Now I have these all day muscle spasms, twitching, and internal shaking. It’s keeping me up at night. I went off cold turkey given I was only on it 3 weeks. I’ve been off 72 hours. When does this get better?

Did anyone else have bad weight loss the first few months

I see a lot online about appetite increasing after quitting. Personally it was hard to get eating again because of how much nicotine used to suppress my appetite. I’m still having gi issues almost 4 months out. I’m wondering if anyone has a similar story.

I just don’t see how life is better without nicotine. I’m in all day chest pain still. Nothing wrong with heart or lungs. No doctors are helping. Had no issues before quitting. Used 40 mg pouches hundreds of mg a day for 2 years

Paws can go for a long time be patient.

So I’m at day 85 tomorrow and it’s looking like things are getting better finally. The inflammation is getting less painful and my brain is starting to stabilize. Especially if you were a high ml user like me it’s not 30 days or a couple months. 90 days should be your expectation for feeling better. Also don’t let anyone tell you you’re crazy. If you were using Pablo’s velos or Cubas be patient this process takes time.

Stress impact on the body when doing cold turkey

When you cold turkey a high milligram please for fucks sake’s put nicoderm on if it’s overwhelming. You can tough it out and recover from the inflammation but it takes just as long as putting on a patch.

Cold turkey nicotine chest pains nothing wrong with me mentally or physically.

I made a post on here yesterday or something like that. Everyone came in flooding saying that it was underlying mental health conditions, and that I should see a doctor. I have been evaluated and literally nothing is wrong. High milligram products should be avoided at all the costs. Does anyone have useful information

And I’m getting stress induced inflammation pains all day. I haven’t been to school this whole time because it’s just impossible. Should I keep going or throw on a patch
