Hacked and Deleted

So i was chilling on my own when suddenly my friends texted me, why i deleted my account. I was confused why would i do that. ( fyi : 2 days before getting hacked, i was playing The Mimic and that’s the last thing i played and my discord did compromised by “Fake Mr.Beast ads”) then he sends me a screenshot a profile “deleted account” with an online mark on it. So i tried to login i was out on the login page, i tried to fill everything and it said password incorrect even i tried forgetting password the code doesn’t reach to my email. I have my 2FA and my backup codes as well none of them works. So i reach out to support about this then i saw Roblox - VNG support? So i did my research what is VNG mean so its Vietnam support or are they collaboration between Roblox for Customer Service? (Because this is my second time i reached customer support to Roblox, last time without the VNG. Please let me know) After I filled the form out, they answered to prove the ownership and one specific date “2/6/2026”. I didn’t top up anything at that time in fact how can i top up while i locked away from my own account. So i just give them the proof of my last 30 days payments. For know i haven’t receive any mails from Roblox VNG Support, i will let you guys updated. Feel free to help me out, Thank you.
