Why did the final episode of That’s So Raven air so late in 2007?

I was looking at the air dates of the final season of That’s So Raven and learned that the final episode aired many months after the previous episode. Does anyone know why was that? Just thought that was funny, especially how the show didn’t get a proper series finale 😂

No hate to the actor, but nothing about his performance would grant him an Emmy nomination lol. He is barley in the show and offered nothing to the plot really
