i tried the new boltgun demo and immediately had to abort because ofc there is visual hitmarker on screen when you shoot at enemies. and you cannot turn it off. mousepi had the same problem.

why is this a thing now? did everybody just forget how to do diagetic hit feedback so just put an X in the hud? are we just copying everything doom eternal did? what is happening?

i cannot be the only one bothered by this right? pls people.
