Description:

Are you tired of DMs rejecting your kobold characters because they "wouldn't fit" into their campaigns? Well rejoice! This is a Kobold-only campaign where everyone strictly plays as a kobold! And yes, you will have Pack Tactics. Message me either here or on Discord to apply.

The Kobolds of Nilmtark

"In the shadow of the Greypeak Mountains, the settlement of Nilmtark thrives on a pact forged between the town's Baron and the kobold tribes that dwell within the rocky peaks. For many years, the local kobold tribes have served as the Baron's backbone, pulling silver and iron ore from deep within the rock in exchange for safety, bread, and enough diluted ale to sate them. It was a comfortable arrangement.

As Nilmtark’s wealth grew, merchants and craftspeople from nearby Loudwater and Llorkh were drawn to trade and settle there, And the Baron's avarice started to outweigh his mercy, he demanded more production from the kobolds as their population multiplied in the dark tunnels but his offerings of bread and ale didn't increase proportionately. Hunger became a familiar feeling for the kobolds as did fatigue, however with news of goblin warbands choking the trade roads outside the town, the Baron’s attention became fractured.

Deep beneath the cobblestones, the kobold leadership is whispering. They aren't just looking for a seat at the table anymore; they want the whole damn hall. If the "vermin" rise up to seize the surface, the world will finally learn what a city built by kobolds truly looks like.

Will the party help the desperate people and turn Nilmtark into the first kobold-run settlement? Or will they oust their former neighbors to form a kobold-only stronghold?"

This will be an urban-adventure set in the town of Nilmtark, with themes of territory conquest as the kobolds slowly take over and the challenges of how they want to define their identity in the world while opposing forces push back against them.
