I’m in shock because at this age you think you have the flavor palette mapped. Then this cow walks in and says ‘you know me right?’ I say oh yes all too well Mr. Cow. And he goes ‘Actually you don’t’. It’s rich but the meat and fat content make this incredible new flavor. You’re tasting something so familiar yet brand new. Like the Rolling Stones showing up and you’re excited to hear paint it black but they start playing a new boss song that outperforms their entire discography! I highly recommend.
