I lost my wallet earlier today - last place I had it was Pete's Bagels off 1st Ave. It must have fallen out either under a booth towards the back of the building or in the parking section in the back.

It's a light brown/tan bifold wallet, ID name is Brittiny, and there's a Costco card behind my ID.

No one has tried to spend anything on the cards (which are now locked), so I'm assuming a kind stranger meant to turn it over to the police since the employees didn't have it. Thanks in advance for your help!

I'm looking for someone to take over my lease on my 1b1b apartment as to avoid paying the early termination fee. In exchange for helping me, I'll cover your application fee ($160) if you get approved and offer $400 towards your first month of rent once we sign the paperwork taking me off the lease. I'll also surrender my security deposit, so your only costs will be moving as well as June and July's rent and utilities.

Some info about the apartment:

-1b1b, 600sqft, 2nd floor

-$1,283 monthly (rent, water/sewer, valet trash) (only $883 for the first month with the $400 offer)

-Frontier Fiber is already set up, only costs $50.34 for 500mb, and is amazing internet. They usually do promotions where you can get it for cheaper when you first sign up.

-Last electric bill was $80, kept at 72F all day.

-No pet fee or rent per lease, pet deposit already paid so furry friends (up to 2) welcome

-Lease extends through August 1st

I'll be out of the apartment and have it cleaned on May 19th, so it'll be available for you to move in on May 20th with May already paid for.

DM me if interested! The apartment is in NE Saint Pete, flood zone B but I've lived here for five years and we have had minimal damage from storms over the years. No flooding, just some minor damage to the roof after 2024's hurricanes that has been fixed. I'll gladly provide photos upon request.
