In a pickle...
Hi everyone! First off, let me say that I love Visible. I switched from Verizon to Visible back in 2021 and honestly haven’t looked back. Overall, the service has been great, the unlimited hotspot has been incredibly useful, and smartwatch support has been a huge bonus.
Unfortunately, we recently moved, and the new house gets maybe 1 bar of service at best. I’ve missed multiple calls, and even with Wi-Fi calling enabled, calls still cut in and out to the point where normal conversations are nearly impossible.
Are there any other MVNOs out there (not Verizon-based) that offer similar features like unlimited hotspot and smartwatch support at around the same price point? From what I’ve seen, it feels like Visible is kind of unique in that combo.
If not, do we have any realistic options for improving coverage at home? For context, we live in a major U.S. city about 4 miles from downtown, so I’m honestly surprised the coverage is this bad.
