[TOMT][book][1990s?] A children's book I read as a kid with two characters who were elves named Applesap and Marigold.

I read it in the mid 90s, but it's possible the book was older than that. I don't remember anything else about it other than the elves and their names. I think the elves were maybe helpful secondary characters, and not the main characters, but unsure.

I'm nearly 100% sure one was a female elf named Marigold, but it's possible the male elf was named Applejack or some other similar name. I do really think it was Applesap though.

My best friend felted these absolutely unhinged/incredible labubus for my wife and I.

Mine is purple, holding a rose (wife's favorite flower) and hers is green holding a lily (my favorite flower.)

Beverage roulette ~

Occasionally we like to walk down the drink aisle at the international grocery store, and gather a bunch of drinks we've never tried. This time we brought some mischievous friends! Here is the haul!

Snail's birthday part 2!

Snail went on an adventure today for her birthday, and when we got home I made her a birthday cake so she could celebrate with all her friends!

I've been having so much fun being creative and posting cute Labubu pictures over the past year. Thank you so much to this community! Everybody here is so sweet and supportive and just here to have a good time. The vibes are delightful, and it makes me so happy every time somebody enjoys Snail's little adventure with me! Looking forward to lots more fun with Snail, Cream, Free Small Coffee, and the rest!

What is your exact popping process?

I'm wondering step by step how everybody makes popcorn. I'm especially interested in whether you add your salt/flavor before or after popping. For me, I use a silicone popping bowl and this is my process:

- Add coconut oil to the bowl

- Microwave long enough to melt the oil

- Add kernels (Orville Redenbacher) and popcorn salt

- Give it a good shake/swirl to evenly coat all kernels

- Microwave until the pops are 3 second apart

I have tried adding the salt after popping, but found that adding it beforehand makes for a much more even coating. But I tried doing that with a flavored powder and it was nasty! Those need to go on after popping.

Evening tea with Snail

Don't mind her nudity, she just had a bath and she's still drying. A nice hot cup of tea after her bath is just what she needs to end her night all cozy.

Happy Pride from Snail & Free Small Coffee (and their two friends)!

Slugs only have one gender, so these two are technically a same sex couple, just like Snail and Free Small Coffee!

Snail does Six Flags

She even went on a roller coaster in my pocket! I didn't get pics of that for obvious reasons.

Should I bring Snail to the amusement park?

I'm going to a Six Flags type park soon, and debating on whether I should bring Snail, my Exciting Macaron Labubu. She is my favorite by far and I bring her everywhere, and would feel bad not bringing her. But I will be going on roller coasters and walking around a lot, and if she got lost or injured I'd be devastated.

My wife thinks I should not bring her. I'm also considering bringing my PFL instead. Then I'd still have a little adventure bubu and not risk losing my favorite, although obviously I'd still be upset if I lost her.

If I bring Snail, she'll be attached to my belt loop on my hip where I can keep an eye on her, and will be attached using her regular ring and a locking ring. Plus we'll have a backpack that we can store her in if needed.

What do you guys think? Should I just save myself the stress and leave her home? I think she'll have so much fun at the park!
