I’ve had this baby since 2019 but have never trimmed it. It’s obviously far too tall, you can see in picture 2 that it’s too heavy for its own good. What’s the best way to go about cutting this up to make it healthier and more full?

Bought a sync 1 -> sync 3 upgrade kit online. The only thing that doesn’t fit right is the new usb hub within the center console. The bezel is basically the same size as the hole so it falls through.

What’s the actual name of this part, so I can try and find a new one?
