I messaged my primary doc on the app about on-going elbow pain and a torn shoulder tendon. The nurse replies and says call the appointment line to make an appointment with the express care team. I call the line, the agent says they will let the express team know I called and the express team will have to call me to make an appointment. What the actual f*ck kind of process is that?! And when I do get an appointment, it’s not for another 3-4 months.

I’m done with the VA. I feel sometimes, they don’t want to fix the issue. Both my shoulders, my elbow and my lower back are all f*cked, and I don’t know what to do anymore.
