Improvement Tips

24F 5”4, 142LBS. In the gym, trying to lose fat (34% bf). I really want to learn how to do makeup well, also more hair styles (I exclusively do my hair, and I only posted pics with my hair out) also get rid of body acne. But mostly I want to tone up. These pics are all over the last 2-3 months. Advice?

Anywhere to buy ice skates in EP?

The rhino ice rink has rentals but they’re terrible. And from what I can tell the Dick’s has none in store. I’m weary about buying any online because of my weird feet :/

Help Me With Motivation?

So I used to be a dancer, and my favorite thing was pole. I was pretty good, not to be arrogant, entering intermediate level. But that was when I was like 19, now I’m almost 25. I’m still relatively active but I’ve had this pole in my bedroom for the last year and I’ve been on it like twice….and I was drunk.

I just have no desire anymore, though I still love pole. I think it’s how daunting it is to build back all that specific strength, remembering tricks, and all the bruises. I really want to get back into it. Anyone else been in a rut like this? What got you out of it?

Jackson (1-ish year, 55lbs)

This is Jackson, we got him about a month ago from a humane society shelter. They said he’s a shepherd mix but we know that’s code for “he’s non aggressive, please adopt”. He has a budding prey drive (more curious/playful than aggressive), but seems confused when I try to play with him (we just learned fetch but he gets bored after a few throws).

My guess is Lab-Shep-Rott mix, my husband guess GSD-Dober-border collie
