



22 years old, 6ft - 88kg/194lbs
I used to be 85kg when I was boxing and then I stopped and went up to 104kg/229lbs. I'm now back down to 88kg. I only currently do tiny home workouts and some judo once a week, looking for peoples thoughts on the physique so far and any advice in getting it better! Currently in a calorie deficit.(Some of the photos I'm not tensing triceps ect) Feeling better but still feel like I look fat af
