Help Me! (Regarding Attapoll)

So every time nowadays when I get a survey from CPX research I get sent to their captcha and when I click on submit to submit the captcha it disqualifies me and sends me back to attapoll. (SCREENS ME OUT)

This happens every time for a CPX research survey only. Same with Kantar. Whenever I get a Kantar surveys I get the classic toluna page saying "bear with us while we redirect you to your survey". Then i get sent to the classic green dotted Kantar loading page and as soon as the page finally reloads and the green dotted circle goes away, I get disqualified saying "The survey wasn't the right choice".

Can someone suggest what might be happening? This is happenening from the past week.

Attapoll and it's unfair practices.

Attapoll is s**t. That's right! Here's why:-

1- Yes, it is legitimate, but has soo many unfair practices going on in the background.

2- They disqualify frequently: While some people do get a lot of surveys and earn quite the living off attapoll the reality is very different for others. Some users get barely any surveys, continuously get disqualified and are literally juiced out for their opinions. How you may ask? They give surveys that have low payouts, low completion rates but require a lot of your time.

3- While people from other regions do have a choice to ignore the surveys that rob you of your time, the others (majority) don't. In fact, those sh** surveys are the only option for some people.

4- Really, really pathetic support system. The company allegedly earns millions every year, absolutely mints money, but does not even have a good MANUALLY RIDDEN support team. This is just annoying! The automated AI responses are as helpful as Kantar's surveys- 0.

5- The Real Unfair practices: If all of this was not enough, some researchers on attapoll do not even pay you even if you answer the surveys properly. Agreed, attapoll is just a middleman, but that does not mean attapoll should not have good rules and restrictions for researchers that do not pay the users at all.

6- The Games and tasks: I know attapoll is a survey app and should not be judged for the games and tasks it advertises. But seriously, if the tracking system is that bad, so much so that the user has to file a complaint for it and wait days and days for a few cents to drop in their account that should have happened a week ago, then why have them at all?

7- Unreasonable bans- "You earn above $40-50 a month? You're earning a lot! banned! Oh, seems like you rushed a survey, finishing it 1 minute before it's 1 hour estimated time. Banned or flagged!"

Attapoll, even if a person earns $100-$200 a month it's not like they are stealing money from you, they are literally being paid for their opinions. Isn't that the point of this app?

Attapoll unfair practices

Today, i gave a survey on attapoll worth $0.07- 1 star that took 15 minutes to complete allegedly (estimate). However, when I am almost about to complete it I am kicked out when I have completed about 94% of it and be given a message that says "The survey wasn't the right choice" or something like that. This is crazy! They got my opinions and did not even give me the money. Let's hope attapoll gives me that money back after I have filed a complaint. From my last experiences, that automated s**t support system has never been helpful and lost $2+ due to this.

Attapoll Tips

I have been using attapoll from the past 1½ months and have earned $30+ altogether. I live in India, and though, yes indians do get paid very less there are ticks you could use to get the most out of attapoll.

1- Profile: Complete your profile entirely. Do not leave any questions unanswered. The more your profile data is filled the more surveys you would get.

2- Quality Score: People often say that if you have enough time you can also attempt the 1 star surveys. I personally do not prefer this method, because attapoll has a secret quality score of every account, so, if you get disqualified frequently your quality score goes down by a lot. Try to answer the 3-5 star surveys always and sometimes the 2 star surveys. The 1 star surveys are not worth your time and even if you don't get disqualified the chances of you getting money out of it is very low as well.

3- Be consistent. Yes, you would be safe even if you lie about your demographics but at least be consistent with that particular data.

Screening rules

Surveys don't just screen you out randomly, they often have a solid reason why they do so. You could even surpass the qualification and increase your chances of completing the 1 star surveys as well sometimes if you follow these rules

1- answers to specific questions: Surveys will generally ask you some mainstream questions at first. Some of these are:-

i) Do you or anyone in your family work in the following sectors/industries/job/companies- options- Market research, Business analyst, (industry related to the topic of the survey)?

ALWAYS CLICK "NONE OF THE ABOVE".

ii) Have you participated in a market research survey recently/in the past ___ months?:

ALWAYS CLICK "NO".

iii) How frequently do you use social media?

FIND OPTIONS THAT ARE SOMETHING LIKE: "MORE THAN ONCE A DAY/ALMOST ONCE A DAY/DAILY.

iv) How many times do you eat at a restaurant, do food takeouts, order food from quick commerce applications, (and so on... )?

ALWAYS CLICK EITHER "SEVERAL TIMES A DAY" OR "ALMOST EVERYDAY/DAILY"

v) Are you the primary decision maker in buying any types of goods? (Goods can be specified in accordance with the survey's topic)

ALWAYS CHOOSE: "YES, I AM THE PRIMARY DECISION MAKER"

vi) Are you the first person in your family to buy newer technology?

ALWAYS CHOOSE: "YES, I AM THE FIRST PERSON IN KY FAMILY TO TRY OUT/BUY NEWER TECHNOLOGY"

I will share more tips tomorrow, stay tuned.

Jhimma 2 Movie Review

I watched this movie yesterday at my ajji's house on the Star Pravah Channel as it's not available anywhere else on ott. So, here's what i thought.

Starting off with positives

Story:

The film follows the same group of women reuniting after their Europe trip from Jhimma 1. The storyline feels quite similar to the first film, making it somewhat repetitive, but it's still enjoyable overall. The balance between comedy and emotional moments is handled well.

Cinematography & Editing:

Both are impressive. The visuals are clean, colorful, and pleasing to watch, while the editing keeps the film engaging.

Pacing:

The movie moves at a fast pace. Although a few scenes feel stretched, it rarely becomes boring, with major events unfolding one after another.

Comedy:

Most of the comedy works because of Nirmiti Sawant, who delivers some genuinely funny moments.

Negatives:

Songs:

The soundtrack is underwhelming. While a few songs are decent, most feel slow and predictable. Despite having Shreya Ghoshal as the singer, the film doesn't fully utilize her talent.

New Characters:

The two new additions don't contribute much. Rinku is decent, but the other character feels largely unnecessary. If the film was going to mirror Jhimma 1 so closely, it could have retained more of the original cast.

Screenplay:

The film opens with the women already traveling in Europe, skipping over important developments that could have strengthened the story.

Overall, I would give the movie itself a 3.5/5 rating. It was extremely similar to Jhimma 1. It's a one time watch and a timepass movie only.

Hemant's Intention was purely to earn more money off the sequel which makes me give the movie a 2/5 rating.

Gharat Ganpati Review

So, I just watched Gharat Ganpati Yesterday. I'm going to use my typical format for this review too. Here's what i thought about the movie and if you did too.

Starting off with the positives

Cinematography: The Cinematography was overall great. When I talk about cinematography, I like to exclude the shots of nature/scenery/greenery. Any camera or cinematographer can capture a good view of nature. It's like a cheat code for the cinematographers out there. I like to judge a movie's cinematography based on how well the camera and the cameramen(man) have captured the in-house shots. And I'm happy to say that Gharat Ganpati had some really great cinematography specifically speaking, the shots were taken from great angles and the in-house shots were better than the majority of the marathi films.Story: For those who don't know, it's a Drama-Family Genre film. The story itself is a little unique, not a lot, but a tad bit, it's the usual family Drama just that it shows the tension between all the family members of all ages, and shows what responsibility each member has as family. The pacing is fast enough to keep you entertained. It does feel like they tried to add some jokes but they were too lame to work.Sets: The sets are vibrant and very appealing to the eyes. Most of the film takes place outdoors so i won't be surprised. But the sets do look authentic I'll give them that. Editing: The Editing was a huge reason why the movie did not lose its pacing. The editing style was linear, it did not deteriorate like it does in other movies as the story progresses. The background scores were added perfectly and relevant to the situation(s), the colour grading was great and commendable. Overall, the editing of this movie works very well for me.Songs: The songs were good. I won't elaborate a lot about them, basically good enough to support the story's pacing. Some even blew up on social media which is great and evident that the songs were good. Cast: I think everyone did a great job at representing their characters without over-doing it. Everyone except the hero of the movie himself. I think he sometimes was either over-expressive or straight up doing nothing with his expressions. Interval: The interval scene was i think shot very well. The real deal starts from here as the tension keeps rising. I loved it. Tourism Narrative: I am not even a tad bit aware if any tourism based organisation has promoted this movie or not. Nonetheless, it does a great job promoting Konkan which I really appreciated. Konkan really got the attention it finally deserved to be honest.

Moving on to the Negatives...

Lack of Character Development: some characters (I won't tell who exactly) changed their personalities instantly. So much so, that it got so annoying. Like how the hell could you go from being a narcissist, self centred, cunning, condescending classist woman to instantly being a simple, 'emotionally filled with empathy', helping, caring, family person? There are also 2 grandparents in this movie who I felt they sometimes expected their grandchildren to speak for themselves, which is definitely not wrong, but why not finally raise your voice and speak for yourself sometimes.

Conclusion: Overall, the movie is not bad at all. Still, I would say it's a one time watch only. I will give it a 4/5 rating. It's a good family entertainer, therefore, do watch it with your family. Do tell me if I have missed something.

Tumbadchi Manjula Review

Just watched Tumbadchi Manjula today in theaters.

This is my second movie review on reddit. And so, i will be following the same format as before.

Starting with the positives first.

Cast and their performance: Personally, i think the cast was great. Everyone did an above-decent job in accordance with their roles and characters, except Saee and Atharv (let's get to that later). I think Siddheshwar honestly stood out more than others.

Cinematography: As a cinematography enthusiast, I won't say the Cinematography was something I really liked. It wasn't that special either as compared to some masterpieces like April May 99, Jhimma 2, Phullwanti, Dharmaveer etc..but rather above-decent or simply 'good'.

Family friendly: The movie actually does a good job not unnecessarily showing any weird scenes whatsoever, which i agree is very common in the Marathi Industry anyways, but this was still commendable of the director.

Sets: The sets are great, extremely vibrant, I loved them. Even though the movie takes place in a village where there shouldn't be a lot of infrastructure practically, the movie tried to add some, which is also something I appreciated.

Music: I don't know about the others, but the songs were at least not, say, FORGETTABLE. In fact, I liked the songs a lot. Felt very fresh.

Now, moving on to the negatives:-

Saee Tamankar and Atharv: Firstly, I won't say Saee Tamankar was bad. I feel she wasn't given enough time to show her skills. They should have given Saee more screentime in my opinion. Speaking about Atharv, he was soo typical. Like, they literally did not even give him a fresh- peculiar personality. They literally copy pasted the Atharv from social media (instagram) into the movie.

Pacing: The movie will at one point feel very slow. There would be moments where nothing would be happening whatsoever. This 100% bored the shit out of me. The movie should have ended 20-30 minutes before (by overall runtime), yet it still kept going.

The horror elements: (Spoiler alert) The ghost comes extremely late like really late. I was holding on to my seat for it to appear, kept waiting, and waiting, and waiting, and it just never came in time. I was so frustrated honestly that for the first time ever I wanted to have the power to fast-forward a movie.

Editing: As much as i did like the cinematography of the movie, the editing was just not for me. A big thumbs down for this one. I swear i literally predicted the editing style of the movie, just by watching the trailer. It was typical, a little bit more on the downside. Just did not like it overall. I think the editing is a major reason behind the slow pacing of the movie.

Stereotypes: This annoyed me a lot. Everytime something happened, the villagers would gather around the residence and would gossip about what was happening. This happened ALMOST EVERYTIME something happened. Most movie and industries themselves show villagers as some people who just gossip, and have absolutely no job/work to do.

Like at least show someone running errands instead of showing everyone coming at the door and gossiping whilst also panning the camera on all 500 villagers one by one.

Overall, the movie was good. A solid 3/5. It does a great job to keep you entertained for those 1 ½- 2 hours.

But let me tell you something, if you are expecting a masterpiece then this movie is definitely not for you.

I had a lot of hopes from this movie, and I was honestly nothing but let down. Now that i have come home, relaxed a bit and processed what I watched, I feel more positive about the movie.

If you want to skip it, and have 3 hours you can watch Deool Band 2 (I have the reviewed it already, go check it out)

If your budget is tight, I would recommend you to skip it and try to watch it on ott if it ever comes there.

this review was a bit long, but completely unbiased and as reasonable as it could get.

Do tell me what you thought about the movie.

So I opened youtube, and "Dhaga Dhaga"- (the song) popped up on my feed, which reminded me of Daagdi Chawl. Was it a good movie?

i honestly watched it in my teen times at the theaters, I have no idea what the story is about.

I hate attapoll's help/support system.

In the last 2 days, I had completed 2 surveys which in total were worth around $1.3. But the moment I clicked submit and finished the survey, the survey creators disqualified me and it said "unfortunately the survey wasn't the right choice for you" and for the second survey, when I clicked on submit, it said "Unfortunately, the survey is closed". I was hoping that i would get a refund or at least some sort of compensation. However, the next day, when I checked to find any updates on my issue the support said "The survey creators did not accept your response". Like wtf. It's not like I had hastily answered the survey. In fact I answered each question properly. The attapoll support/help system is buns.

Marathi Industry Cinematography

I am extremely interested in the cinematography of movies. Marathi movies are one of them.

Yesterday I watched Deool Band 2, and the cinematography was downright pathetic. They purposely made the cinematography good for the first 20-30 minutes, later, everything went downhill.

Today i watched Jhimma 2's trailer, and I was so surprised seeing how good the cinematography and editing was. Was the experience the same in theater (those who watched it there). I also noticed a scene in the trailer where the girl was drowning in water, and the cgi was soo good.

Same with phullwanti which i did watch in theater. Idk who the cinematographers of these movies were but they did a damn good job. Also why is no one talking about jhimma 2 and phullwanti?

Deool Band 2 Movie review

Just watched Deool Band 2. Here is what I think:-

Positives

1- Great acting by Snehal Pravin Tarde and specifically Mohan Joshi and the majority of the crew

2- First Half was better than the second Half where it had better pacing and more comedy moments.

3- Gripping story at the start. The story really grips you in till the interval and creates suspense.

Negatives

1- Cinematography was honestly pathetic. I felt like I was watching a TV show or a youtube video rather than an actual movie. The editing and title card were typical and boring. There are marathi movies like Jhimma 2 with cinematography similar to the Hollywood one.

2- The sound quality was extremely bad. I don't know if it was a problem from my side ( theater I watched in ) or just a general problem. Because the audio was so low, it felt like I was watching the movie at 60% volume through my wireless ear buds.

3- Direction: The direction by pravin Tarde was as average or worse as it could get. Can't believe he was the guy who made movies like mulshi pattern and phullwanti.

4- Second half: the entire second half itself was extremely boring. The movie's duration was also comparatively longer than the standard movie runtime which made me question the pacing of the movie. And I was right, the movie feels extremely slow at a point.

5- Secularism: the movie tried to be unnecessarily secular. There is a non-hindu character who was so unnecessary, but they still added him because it made the movie more secular which makes no sense of how it would help scale the influence of the movie, or even change the narrative.

6- Speaking about the narrative, it was so weak and highly irrelevant.

7- Songs: The songs were honestly very forgettable except the title song which is decent at best.

8- The film constantly reminded me about how it showcased the sensitive topic of farmer s_icide which is very respectable of the director. But it becomes highly repetitive at one point that I felt like to rage. Every line Snehal Pravin Tarde said started with "Aamhi shetkari aahot....." And so on.

9- The character of pravin tarde, who was shown as a goon and would have been very interesting was cut off by the terms of screen time and was not shown off more.

Attapoll Queries please do help

I get frequently disqualified on attapoll. So much so, that it doesn't trigger me anymore unless I have genuinely completed the survey and then got disqualified. My query was... if i ignore the survey (slide left and ignore it) does it give me another survey almost instantly? If yes, how many times can I do this for it to stop happening? I also report a lot of surveys for not working because they genuinely don't work. Will my account be banned for reporting repeatedly? Also does repeated disqualification result in lesser surveys? And does successfully and frequently getting rewarded from surveys give you a better chance of getting a higher star/paying survey? Because right now I'm only getting 1 star surveys that disqualify a lot. I have so many questions and I need help. Please help me.
