I think i receive a small amount of discharge as I am quite small. I am on period stopping pills and spot for a week every 3-4 months, if that matters. I am tired of my discharge wetting my trousers, I wear jeans I cant be washing them after every wear because my discharge leaked thru my underwear. I do not know what to do, I tried doubling up on underwear and it helped but didnt change a lot. I know discharge is going to happen, I just want a guantee longterm solution to not get anything sinking :( I dont want anything like pads or pantyliners which makes it difficult. I think period pants are my best bet but is it like guanteed it wont leak to my trousers? Is it worth doing period pants + light boxers? Im so lost. I know discharge is natural and happens but I want to guarantee it doesnt get near my trousers

Hello, I really want to casually stream some switch games either on twitch or to my friends via discord. I dont own a pc yet, i have a monitor and an iPhone air.

What kind of capture card and wires do I need to stream my switch 2 onto my iPhone and then stream that onto twitch/discord live, I also need to be able to view my gameplay on my monitor at the same time. I know the basics of what I need (Capture card, hdmi splitter(?) But lost on good quality ones to get other than getting an elgato capture card. I'll be getting a macbook likely closer to colledge but I really want to stream via my phone for a game release.
