Does anyone have experience with the Fusion Academy in either Lansdowne or Reston?

How does it compare to LCPS? I have a high schooler who is academically strong, but suffers from social anxiety and school avoidance.

Anyone in the US do a Mega Backdoor Roth and contribute the max? What was your experience like? Is it as easy as setting the after tax contribution amount and clicking auto convert on the Merrill Lynch site?
