As the title says.

My offer got accepted. Found the perfect house. Transferred 30k in escrow but the loan company needs PDF for the transaction.

The only problem I used Robinhood banking. The statement gets generated on 5th of the following month. There is no website , so I can't just do print to pdf. I called customer support thrice , they've "opened tickets" but when I follow up 48 hours later , there hasn't been an update on the tickets.

The incompetence is surprising.

I regret banking with Robinhood. Please let me know if you have any recommendations for a new bank .

Edit : After about 3 days they were able to share a PDF with me.

Timeline :

Application submitted ~Nov 28

Interview : March 20 ( I called to reschedule)

Rescheduled interview : May 11

I-130 approved : May 27

I-485 approved : June 13 ( Saturday?! I wasn't expecting that )

Questions :

How did you meet ?

Who does what for the baby and around the house ( we had a 1 month old at the time of the interview)

We moved 3 states - asked about timelines

My wife and I dated for 5 years before getting married so just asked about our journey.

No overstay, not from 39 or 75 country list.
