took a 2 week break. was diamond 3 back then now diamond 1..no one even logged in on my game also my immo act last act was not showing and my immo buddy disappeared.. its been 2 days no reply.. i WORKED HARD to get to immo now its just showing dia 1? smh

Hey guys is my workout program okay? I dont want to volume junk and i also want to focus on building muscle or hypertrophy while on a body recomp or cutting. Please let me know if its good or nah also i wanna know how many sets ina muscle group per week. Thanks!
