How long did u wait after implantation bleeding to test because im having some brownish spotting only during wiping. I dont know if it is old blood or implantation spotting

I am 4 days late and have multiple negative tests. Ive got cramps not constantly, feeling bloated, extreme cravings but no delicousness of the food and sometimes nauseous, i ve been 1 year ttc and this is my first time late period, can i get my hopes up for a positive later

2nd of july i had my first date of menstruation. Around the ovulation i had spotting but no intercourse before ovulation. Now three days before period i have this heaviness in the uterus i can not explain and for the first time i dont have breast tenderness. Does smb relate to this? Can i be pregnant or just period:(
