Learning how to properly dry this has been fun.
I work with wild clay from our home. Tempered etc. just no firing yet until the dry season is done. But loving learning the medium.
Any advice?
I chiseled back a bit as you can see in the pictures to get to some of the core stone. This gray relatively smooth texture. Old blacksmithing chisel with wider angles makes dents but stone itself feels tough.
I’m like oh maybe some granite that was dumped as part of another situation? Don’t know much so…here I am
