Ruq pain, just did hddt. Trying to figure out some things and get to a normal baseline. Thank you

Ruq pain and wearing tight pants-> unable to work and love a normal life

History: Have antral gastritis, tested positive w/ endoscopic sample for h pylori. Also started getting RuQ pain and what felt like gall bladder attacks (hear h pylori can cause gall bladder issues), surgeon recommended we remove it so after suffering for a year and half: finally did surgery last march. Then ruq pain still there so they recommended doinf High dose dual therapy for H pylori so I did it & finished 3 days ago. Still weening off vonoprazon w/ 1 pill a day .

Can you tell me any advice & answer these questions please. Still struggling with these & having mental struggles with these.
Currently:

  1. has anyone had antral gastritis that causes gall bladder type pain? Like ruq pain? I heard Sphincter of oddi can dysfunction(due to inflamation) and cause these issues.
  2. I have been wearing windbreaker type pants w/ drawstring these past few months to deal with the pain and when I wear: elastic waistes pants, regular loose pants, jeans etc. the ruq pain flares up bad. Which makes me feel like I can’t wear any type of clothing that will allow me to work at any business. (Which is soo mentally truamatizing ngl: not only did I go through h\*ll to try to recover & that is taking forever, I can’t earn anything and take care of myself or loved ones due to not being able to work, all cause everything I wear hurts or just the labour intensive jobs are too much physical labour.)
  3. \-> don’t have access to office jobs due to being in midwest only having a associates in science. & no experience for work at home jobs.

3.) i am praying the antral gastritis is cause of ruq pain and that healing heals the ruq pain. I just wanted to find something that I can wear around my waist & not have severe bloating or ruq pain.
Also if any of you have any suggestions of jobs I can do that is not too physical and workable with this clearly chronic illness, please let me know.

4.) also any advice on what worked best for you to heal your gastritis and rebuild your microbiome at the same time due to the antibiotic use I had to do recently. Thanks guys, hope all of you & your issues get better too so you can do the things you love.

Ps: I took notes on what I did over in the treatment and would like to make a post on hddt and it symptoms once I feel more normal & baseline. I just wanna be able to work or get to a “normal” level but still struggling. Thanks guys

If the issue is antral gastritis and causes the ruq pain via sphincter of oddi and that issue gets fixed with gastrits healing entirely then I will try to post about that later on it once it happens. Thanks guys

Trying to eat 5 meals per day and having pain

I heard doing 5 meals in day is a good idea for no gall bladder as well as gastritis. I have been trying past 2 days to go to 5 meals: 3 big ones(500 cal.) w/ 2 snacks (200 cal.) but am having diarrhea & ruq pain with this approach. Compared to 3 large meals w/ about 6-700 cal. I need to do h pylori treatment and the general consensus is 5 meals to reduce symptoms and acid due to how many hours apart each dose is. (6-7 hours apart). I have pain/diarrhea when it is more than 3-4 hours apart between meals but have pain in evenings when I eat more the 5 meal per day. What would you guys suggest I do?
Maybe try lowering the calories in snacks so it releases less bile and liver strains less?? Idk. Also prioritizing plenty of fiber in meals and bowel movements are good in the 3-4 meals per day daily routine.
Let me know your experience and thoughts guys, I really wanna treat this thing w/o any gall bladder issues in the way as much as possible. Thanks!

Feel terrible taking magnesium , both in foods and supplements… why?

So I have h pylori and wanted to do HDDT for treating it but the antiacid vanaprazon prevents absorbtion of magnesium and makes you more likely to be deficient.
My background: had gb surgery so eating low fat and gastritis due to h pylori so low fat here too. was test for vit D and was low, supposedly taking mag can make you symptoms when vit D is low?

My symptoms: within 20min-1 hour: extremely wired feeling, extreme anxiety, derealization/not feeling “well” in my body, breathing difficulties etc.
i have had these problems before, which is why I cut it out for a year but now I am worried my levels are much lower and that scares me. I also had strong reactions to methylated forms of b12 and regular form as well. Can only tolerate small small amount of hydroxyl sublingual ones. I tried taking potassium wit it, sodium with it etc and nothing but over all terrible symptoms. I also have had histamine issues in the past and after my gall bladder surgery (which got worse due to H pylori) that has dramatically improved.
My questions:
What can I do to fix this? How would I supplement if I can’r tolerate anything with it, even in food?
What are some ways you figured out how to tolerate the magnesium with all of your histamine issues and potential other problems?
Most importantly: would low vit D cause all of this symptoms? Or maybe another deficinies or maybe it is too much magnesium? My diet is low in it though…
Please help me because I am at my wits end and really suffering/ worried sick about this. i am currently experiencing the symptoms so I might be typing eratically: please forgive me on that but any advice is truly appreciate because life is just so hard when you want to heal but you feel worse then better trying to heal. Thank you guys

Having a terrible time trying to do H pylori treatment post-op:

So I wanted to start High dose dual therapy for a positive H pylori infection I have had for a long time, with amoxilian and vonoprazan. But the major issue is eating times: I keep on hearing eating 5 times a day and smaller meals is better for the treatment (due to potential nausea w/ antibioitics). I also heard doing smaller meals 4-5 times day is better for no gall bladder so tell me why I just had diarrhea 3 times due to bile being released so strong and feeling nasuea, exhausted, feeling extremely faint/fatigued like I was gonna pass out if I am eating smaller meals 3 hours apart?
Also this happened a previous time as well.

What I do normal: 11am- breakfast then 2-3 pm- lunch then 8pm- dinner, sometimes a snack if I am feeling I need it.

What I did today: 8am- breakfast , 11 am- small meal, (had diarhea 2-3 times before lunch) 2:50- lunch. Now it is 4:40 pm and I feel so weak like I am going to pass out… is this something any of you guys have experienced and what did you do about it?
I just wanted to treat this demon bacteria and focus on recovering.
I am eating psyllium husk 1 tblspn, wheat bran fiber, whole foods(veggies), lentils & mung beans so no greasy or junk foods. Please advice me on what to do? How can I go about treating H pylori if I can’t even spread my meals to cover the antibiotics I need to take. Please help, I am seriously at my wit’s end and tired of trying so hard & not making any progress.
Thank you. Btw I got my gb removed due to hyperkinetic gb and gb attacks.. still eating low fat but started only having this problme today when I woke up early and ate more “often”. Thanks again

Oral hygiene routine Qs w/ gastriti (during treatment)

I have severe gastritis and every time I take alcoholic mouthwash or even toothpaste: I get severe burning jn my stomach from my confirmed gastritis.
I am about to do h pylori treatment, hddt. i was wondering what I can do to keep my oral h pylori away during treatment and afterwards.
I am had to quit toothpaste due to gastritis pain as well.
I have heard mastic gum helps with oral h pylori, what else can I use?
I floss, brush, and recently got cleaning.

Some ideas I had (let me know what you think might be good or bad) aka options:

  1. Swish mastic gum powder after brushing for ridding of h pylori.
  2. Open up a tiny bit of amoxillian tab and swish the powder in morning one time before taking my morning dose.

For #2: would this destroy my oral microbiome or would that already happy with me taking the pills into my stomach already?
Thanks if you see this and can give me advice. Had a terrible gastritis flare past 2 days and so ready to take the antibiotics and get rid of this demon. I am really struggling with the gastritis and h pylori hole i am in.

Edit: honeslty just scared of reinfection or not getting it fully due ti not being able to get rid of it in my mouth. Please give me some good ideas on what I can do.

I was prescribed HDDT w/ vonoprazon and amoxillian. The vonoprazon is still being “approved” by insurance but the amoxillian says “2 pills every 8 hours 3 times a day” so 1g x3 a day but I am confused about timing.

Everyone I’ve seen on reddit do 6 hour windows between their 3 doses and 12 hour window between vonoprazon. Is 6 hours apart more effective and safer or 8? Anyone who has done this or knows the studies on it please let me know. I still need to wait on insurance to get the vono though. Also would 1 week to ween off of vono after 2x a day for 14 days be enough? (1 pill a day a week before stopping)

Any advice on weening off properly and timing of amoxillian is so appreciated. Thank you!

So gastro has said she will prescribe HDDT for h pylori. I an taking procalopride daily 0.5mg for good gut motility right now… is it a bad idea to continue taking this during the treatment, does anyone know of any interactions with doing hddt and procalopride. I am taking vonoprazon with amoxillian for more info. I am a bit scared of c-diff and diarrhea, would the increased motility cause increased risk of c-diff and diahrrea?

I will take florastor 3 hours after my amoxillian dosage and wanted to take procalopride 0.5 mg right w/ that dose so it is not on a empty stomach and cause gastritis irratation.

What do you guys think?
