at fedex they wanted us to have our phones in order to set up the scheduling app and have our bank info for direct deposit. and i dont believe they addressed this in any of the emails. also is orientation just sitting in a room for the first day?
im transferring to the newville pa ground station from the lewisberry pa hub. ive just been loading trailers mostly but im not sure if they do that at stations. do they just send trailers to hubs? or would i likely be doing something else?
i want to lose like 15-30 lbs from ~135 lbs at 5’8 but i feel incapable of restricting enough to actually lose the weight. i work a pretty physical job part-time while in school and i get really hungry if i don’t eat enough before my shifts. and then i feel starving after work. i’m not sure how to restrict while avoiding the headaches and weakness. i’m thinking that maybe if i work 6 days per week once school is out, i can get rid of a lot of my fat.
