Who makes consistently mixed gummies?

I am a gummy user, but I am so tired of the &Shine gummies from Rise being inconsistently mixed. Some do absolutely nothing and I think my tolerance has gone up, but I have been to Missouri a few times and their gummies are great and I don't have to go up in dose. Do we have any brands in MN that are consistent?

My goldfish ate one of their friends

I am so shocked, but from reading I shouldn't be. I woke up this morning and went to feed them (all 3 of them are fancy goldfish) and I see my sweet baby Rikku lying on her side, with the other two swimming around her, and I notice she has a large gaping slash on her stomach. I realize she is dead and her friends started eating her. I feel angry at the other two for feeding off of her. I read this is normal but it feels so icky. I'm not punishing them or anything, I just am in disbelief they could do this to their tank mate. She was a little bit smaller than them, and I guess maybe that is why this happened. I got them all at the same time and they were all about the same size.

Constipated? Eat a Mission Low Carb Tortilla and drink 1-2 bottles of water

I have been battling some terrible constipation and I've actually been really afraid of fiber clogging me up even more, but I got desperate yesterday and I was like I'm gonna eat one of these fucking tortillas because I've got nothing left to lose. I ate a tortilla and drank a bottle of water and within 45 mins I had to poop. I've also been taking at least 2 stool softeners per day, so that also may help as well. I was taking 4 stool softeners and a cap of Miralax, but it definitely doesn't work as well as the tortilla. I hope this is helpful to someone out there 💜

Am I allowed to go to urgent care in between doctor appointments? I'm in so much pain.

Hi, my next doctor appointment isn't until June 6, and I am in so much pain from a flare up. I really need medication.

Does buying directly from Novonordisk mean you have to go up in dose every month?

Or do they go by the dosing schedule that's best for you/decided together with your doctor? I just don't want to be rushed into the next higher dose before I'm ready.
