So in the beginning of May I described here a Goat1600 drive wheel malfunction. The selling company retreived it to be sent to guarantee service. They do not provide a replacement machine. Up to date, there are now news about my Goat’s repairs. A whole month in and still waiting.
The Ecovacs company is of no use since they are nowhere to be found here and guide me to the same reseller where I bought the goat from.
If you are in Europe, I caution you don’t buy their products. You won’t get replacements and will wait for ages for repairs. Useless. Money in the wind..
My 1999 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 1999 has a hairline crack at the oil drain due to overtorqueing. Similar to the picture (pic is illustratory, not the same car).
It dripped oil ca 1 drop every 4-5 seconds. Oil is now drained, outlet cleaned with brake cleaner.
I am thinking of filling it with epoxy metal like Bison. How would you go about? Fill the hole a bit and screw the new plug in into the epoxy? Or really go to town mush it over with epoxy from the outside? The car gets very little usage and the goal would be a “just enough” repair for occasional driving, not a 100% repair.
I guess this is just a rant post. My goat is only a week into it’s second season. Wheel drive broken? One driving wheel spins freely and goat screams wheel malfunction. Is this product only meant to last one season -_-
