A burst of fruit. A very juicy profile with flavors of ripe peach and passion fruit, followed by a citrusy hint of grapefruit. Silky texture thanks to the oats. A smooth, clean bitterness, without any harshness, leaving a long-lasting, fruity, and refreshing finish.

Tynt Meadow Blond. Mount Saint Bernard Abbey. Blonde / Golden Ale - English. 5% alc.

Beautiful golden color. Aromas of toasted cereal, biscuit, and flowers. In the mouth, sweet malt, honey, and a hoppy background, all very smooth. Dry finish with a touch of peppery spice and a light bitterness. A really elegant and refined English blonde ale.

Basque Cider.

Markesa. Oiharte Sagardotegia. Cider - Basque. 6.5% alc.

A superb variety of cider from Oiharte that is a true delight to drink. Aromas of ripe apple and grass. In the mouth, it is really tasty, with a citrusy acidity that makes your mouth water, followed by a dry finish that cleanses the palate. A long-lasting apple flavor.

Double Milkshake IPA.

La Leche DIPA: Citra, Sabro, Nectaron, Pacific Sunrise y Nelson Sauvin. Oso Brew Co. IPA - Imperial / Double Milkshake. 8.4% alc.

An intense tropical explosion of aroma. The mouthfeel is dense, creamy, and very pleasant. Flavors of ripe fruit, pineapple, and peach. Lactose and oats provide a balanced and silky sweetness. The bitterness is mild, masking its 8.4% abv. It's incredibly juicy.

A Weissbier is always welcome.

Weiherer Weizen Hell. Brauerei Kundmüller. Wheat Beer - Hefeweizen. 5.2% alc. 13 IBU.

Classic aroma of ripe banana and clove. In the mouth, it's creamy yet very refreshing. Dominant sweet cereal, yeast, and tropical notes, balanced by a touch of citrus and a drier finish than usual for a Weissbier. Light, flavorful and tasty. Wow, delicious.

Paired with an assortment of: Pork "chorizo", homemade venison and wild boar "chorizo", Fuet (Catalan Salami), semi-cured sheep cheese, blue cheese and ham.

Sagardo Ekologikoa D.O.P. Gartziategi Sagardotegia. Cider - Basque. 6% alc.

Intense aroma of ripe apple and citrus notes. On the palate, it's fleshy and fresh with vibrant acidity and a crisp effervescence from the carbonation, perfectly balancing the flavors. A dry, lingering finish with a clean aftertaste that makes you want another sip. Delicious!

Lou (Memorial Series). Drunken Bros Brewery. IPA - Imperial / Double. 8.3% alc.

Powerful bitterness, old-school West Coast style. Pronounced citrus flavors of grapefruit and orange peel. Finish with abundant pine and resin. Overwhelming.

Knundsen. Garage Beer Co. IPA - American. 5.5% alc.

Intense aroma of pine resin, zesty citrus, and a touch of herbs. On the palate, it presents a clean, dry bitterness with notes of grapefruit, balanced by a light malt base. It is refreshing, with a lingering finish.

Velvet. SOMA Beer. IPA- Imperial / Double New England / Hazy. 8% alc

The nose explodes with aromas of mango, papaya, and sweet citrus. On the palate, it's a silky, dense tropical explosion with a "juicy" texture that belies its 8% ABV. The finish is creamy, persistent, and very clean. Another great NEIPA from SOMA.

Nectar. Cervesa Espiga. Pilsner - New Zealand. 4.5% alc.

On the nose, a tropical explosion of passion fruit and pineapple with hints of white grape and citrus. On the palate, it's clean and crisp, with a light malt base that gives way to a dry finish and a refreshing bitterness. It's very well-balanced, fruity, and easy to drink.

SOUP DIPA. Garage Beer Co. IPA - Imperial / Double New England / Hazy. 8.5% alc. 36 IBU.

Very fruity and juicy. A sweet entry of ripe fruit with tropical notes of mango and passion fruit, evolving into a smooth and balanced bitterness. Silky and creamy texture with a very well-hidden alcohol. It's addictive.

Galerna. La Grúa Brewery. IPA - Rye. 6.7% alc. 60 IBU.

A burst of citrus and resin with hints of tropical fruits, grapefruit, and mango. A spicy and earthy base characteristic of rye. Dry and persistent bitterness. Balanced cereal notes with a touch of spice. A long, herbal finish. Great work by La Grúa!

Bairisch / Bavarian Pils. Ayinger Privatbrauerei. Pilsner - German. 5.3% alc. 32 IBU.

Aromas of noble hops, flowers, and fresh bread. On the palate, it's clean and crisp, with a balance between sweet malt and a dry, herbaceous finish. An elegant and refreshing pilsner that, while not Ayinger's best, is thoroughly enjoyable and to drink a thousand gallons.

A delicious and super-aromatic hazy IPA from Dougalls that's really taking off. A tropical explosion of passion fruit, ripe stone fruit, citrus notes, white grape, and a light touch of dank. A smooth, dry finish. So juicy, I love these beers.
