Question for endos (we want to understand)

How do Endos "create" ? Like, what is y'all's origin? I'm confused on whether its completely optional or something you can't control, I don't even know if this question makes sense 😭 idk guys, just explain how yalls endo systems work and how they exist in the first place. I want to understand how they work. I like understanding and I can't even have an opinion on something i don't understand, I've had friends ask "whats ur opinion on endos" and i straight up can't even answer because idk how they work. So far from what I've heard we do Infact support them but everything I've heard has been very vague and we didn't understand it fully..

Edit: guys ik this is worded terribly and it sounds very rude/ignorant. I really don't intend it to be, we've gotten a lot of misinformation in the past on endos and now we're just trying to get the right information. We struggle a lot with questions and wording, most (if not all) sound mean. We don't intend it to be mean in any way and I'm truly sorry

(We grew up with questions being a bad thing, so nowadays we straight up don't know how to ask them and usually avoid asking in the first place unless we really do feel the need to know)

Edit: what our host means is, are endogenic systems the same as a traumagenic system? Are there any differences between the two? -Sylithi

This person said that I'm escalating the situation?? (Body explains the context)

(not DID related but I like this community and its still a fake claim lol) So this is in a group where we talk about a Roblox horse game. I had made a post, asking what a new mutation potion looks like on a horse and one person had sent an example picture in the comments. A type of "horse" in the game called a kirin. This person had wanted to see what the original colors of the horse are before the mutation was added but they had commented on my post itself instead of replying to the picture in the comments. Somehow letting someone know of their minor mistake means I'm belittling them and making them seem stupid 🫩 (i hope my final response wasn't too harsh. I'm just not in a great headspace rn and this game is supposed to be my calming place. I don't want arguments on an innocent post.)

Update: their accusing comments got deleted by mods but my "hate/escalating" comments didn't. Also i deleted the post, i didn't need it anymore cuz i got the answer to my question lol

Why is it quiet? Am i kicked from headspace?

Hi, I'm host of our system and its been a while since I've heard the other alters. They aren't dorment because they're still fronting at least once a week but it seems to be a lot less fronting ever since my life got a bit busier, i recently got comfortable with a good friend of mine and have been visiting her almost everyday which is taking away a lot of our alone time. I can see why that can affect our system but at the same time we've been trying to work on our confidence and public fronting without a mask. So anyways now that you have context: it has been really quiet lately, i usually hear the mubbles of their conversations, the emotions of everyone and it just feels alive yk? But now i almost feel like a singlet, the only reasons i know they haven't gone dorment is i can still feel their presence and they still front, just significantly less. I have no idea what is happening, have i been kicked out of headspace? If so, is there a way i can get access back? Is there a reason i might've been kicked? Is this something common within systems and possibly a "faze"? Sorry for all the questions, I'm decently concerned for all of us -Hashfi

Our system isn't taking the news of simply plurals shut down very well. Its not only a tool we use on a daily basis but its a comfort app. We've seen a lot of posts and recommendations of other apps but i (Hashfi, Host) am having a hard time getting the rest of us to agree on using any if the options. Our system doesn't like changes very much, especially ones that affect our fonction or something part of our daily routine (we do Infact have dignosed autism so thats part of it) and another issue is the fact we have parental supervision on our device, letting our mother see what apps we download and where/when we use our email. The time we downloaded simply plural we had to sit through a very uncomfortable conversation with our mom talking very vaguely about our system and there was a lot of signs she doesn't believe us and we don't feel comfortable sharing with her, and we especially don't want to trigger the conversation again. (We believe she's forgotten or seen it as a faze/exploration, which she had mentioned that she believes in that dreadful conversation) We're not sure what we expected to get from this post but we feel that it was needed to vent our frustrations about the shut down and how its going to cause major problems with our fonction.. older alters (ones that have been around longer) are worried we might end up in another crisis/depressive state with poor fonction on everyone's part, as well as the chance of triggering the self destructive alters.

Does anyone else out there feel similar frustrations about the shut down?
