Sniper - Block Knife
I love the Block Knife.
I love the following
- Stabbing biovores with my block knife
- Stabbing hellbrutes with my block knife
- Stabbing but with explosions

I'm branching out from Sniper for a bit and trying out Vanguard.
I'm liking melee and finished making one build for Vanguard that uses Bolt Carbine, Neo-Volkite Pistol and Block Chainsword.
Working on the next one, I can't wrap my head around using the Power Axe.
So why do you guys like it? Specifically for Vanguard.
I refuse to use easy stratagems to get my early unlocks in.
Not because I think it's wrong. Not because I think other players shouldn't do it. Play the game however you enjoy it.
Could I see a scenario in which low-level players joining in hopes of getting carried through Ordeals. That's fair, but people have been getting carried through difficult content for power-leveling long before these cape unlocks existed. I don't think much has really changed on that front.
Could I speed up my progress with custom stratagems and stack the odds in my favor? Probably, but, I enjoy earning things the long way, even when a shortcut exists.
The way I see it, the emblem, red cape, and black cape aren't going anywhere. I'll get them eventually. I'm in no rush.
Besides, of the God-Emperor wanted me to have the cape without the challenge, He would have granted me the cape without the challenge.
I wish I could have gotten the chest piece without the red velvet thread, oh well
We got
- Company shirt
- This candle
- a shot glass, for alcohol
- a thank you card
Mission: Vox Liberatis
Daily Normal Stratagem:
Clever Foe
Unleashed Fury
Personal Thoughts: I like it
One issue I found, it's hard to see because it blends into the environment pretty easily
TL:DR
Perk is crazy, ranges from 7.41% to 16.67% total ammo increase.
Personal Thoughts: I do plan to use it specifically for the Las Fusil in the future, specifically "Gathalamor Crusade" and all Increased Capacity perks but I would consider that niche as my normal Las Fusil build uses 2 Increased Capacity perks to get access to the head hunter perk.
Bolt Sniper Rifle - Wrapped
Maybe, if you don't plan to get the increased capacity perk for it, I could see it being useful.
For me personally, no I'm good.
TL:DR
To reach damage cap, use
"Melee Mastery + Tactical Ambush + Camo Cloak with 3 stacks of Agile Strike"
or
"Melee Mastery + Adaptability + Tactical Ambush + Camo Cloak with 3 stacks of Agile Strike"
Personal thoughts: I'm still gonna use melee perks
