I just got removed from a class? 3 days before session A???

So I was one of the first people to sign up for this class and was removed today, Monday the 17th. I’m pretty upset about it and no one is getting back to me. There aren’t any other classes that I need for my major in session A and this will affect my scholarship and financial aid. Has this happened to anyone else?? What have you done? I’m freaking out a bit right now.

Fireflies in spring?

The Coral Island wiki says that fireflies can be found in the spring... I'm 20 days into spring and haven't found a single firefly, I'm going out of my way to find one and I'm starting to think that they CANNOT be found in the spring. It's the last thing I need to offer for night insects and I feel like I'm going crazy, someone helppp.

250 pages into CC2 and it’s brutal

I am STRUGGLING to get through this book. The first one was great, I enjoyed it, but man CC2 is so beyond boring with way too many POVs. I guess I was expecting it to be a more fast paced series like ACOTAR was. I really want to get through this. I read the first book in like 3 days, and the whole ACOTAR series in 3 weeks, so it’s weird for me that i’m not as engaged in this. Am I the problem??

Someone tell me something that’ll help me want to trudge through this second book. I know it’s mostly set up for the 3rd book, and I know it ends up connecting with ACOTAR in some way in the 3rd book (spoilers), but I need something more without additional spoilers to help me get through the second one. When does it get good? When does the pace pick up?

Edit: I’ve decided to listen to the audiobook until the final 3/4 of the book! I hate audiobooks usually, Cormac has an irish accent 😭 but it’s fine, I just need to get through it lol

Update 2 days later:
I finished the book and it was fantastic after page like 450, I was hooked and the ending 100% made it worth it.
