Found this giant wasp like creature while on my bike ride. It's about the size of my thumb. It looked absolutely terrifying, and for a moment I thought it was one of those invasive Asian giant hornets. It looked like it was wriggling around, (The third image is a frame from a video I took of it.) so I thought maybe it was either laying an egg, infected with something, or molting. When I went back the next day, it was still there, but now it's dead. What is this thing?

I like the way it turned out, but I'm having an issue with my salsa where sometimes I'll make it and it'll be full of flavor, but then other times it tastes too watery. I've heard that it could be because of the types of tomatoes I'm using. Or maybe I have to use less tomato and more onion? Regardless, I've decided to store them in glass jars since apparently other materials could ruin the flavor. I'd like to know your thoughts!

Hello Reddit,
I found an old PS2 and several GTA games at my deceased father's house while cleaning it out. I've been growing more interested in the series since there's a new game coming, and was wondering which game is the best quality wise out of these. I've read a few reviews saying either Vice City or San Andreas are regarded as the best in the series, but I thought I'd just ask to get more info.
I remember watching him play GTA V on the couch when I was a kid. My parents said I was too young to play them back then, but maybe now this could be a good way to get into the series.

EDIT: Thank you for all the recommendations and condolences. It does mean a lot. I've written down two charts. My current plan is to play the games in release order, but I also have a chart that shows me where each game takes place on the timeline, so I can keep that in the back of my mind as I play through their respective story modes. Thanks again for the help and kind words!

EDIT 2: Thought I should clarify that my dad was 61 when he passed. I think my post might've accidentally implied he was younger. Woops.

Found this photogenic beetle on a bird house. Strangely, it didn't seem very scared of us, which allowed me to get some good photos of it. My little brother named it "Jeff" because bro is funny and original.

Spent the past few days helping my Oma put these together. They came out very well!
