I'm a .NET developer by day, but honestly I spend way too much time on mobile puzzle games. BlockFlow is one I kept coming back to. I really like the gameplay, but the forced ads started to annoy me. So I kind of went down a rabbit hole and thought: what if I just build the version I actually want to play? That's how TapBlox! came about.

It's a block puzzle game in the same vein — place pieces, clear lines, try to beat your high score. I tried to keep it feeling smooth, without those forced full-screen ads between runs. If ads show up at all, they're optional (like continue or bonus coins). I also added stuff I personally enjoy: daily challenges, a streak system, power-ups, Game Center leaderboards, and a small coin shop for themes and skins.

Small confession: I'm not really a mobile dev. Most of this was evenings and weekends, learning Swift and SwiftUI as I went. Definitely a learning curve, but I had a lot of fun with it.
