Hi, I really want to order some candy from a pick n mix type company like Poppin Candy. I have seen mixed reviews on Poppin Candy, particularly when it comes to price and quality of the actual candy (seen that a lot of it is stale). Are there alternatives that anyone recommends? Preferably with a large selection and the option to choose your candy. TIA :)

I am in the process of starting my first quilt. I made some flying geese, but quickly realized that I am going to need some better tools. I have a clear, square Fiskars ruler that I love (and another clear ruler).The problem is, the ruler slides when I cut. I place it on my fabric and use my rotary, but the ruler slides and then my pieces end up being uneven. I am quickly learning that quilting NEEDS accuracy. So what rulers or tips do you have to help rulers not slide all over the place when you’re cutting fabric? I rage quit yesterday after my flying geese kept coming out uneven due to my uneven squares. I also have trouble sewing in a straight line, but have been told that a 1/4 seam allowance foot (is that what it’s called?) is a lifesaver. Also would love to have any other tool suggestions you might have :)
