Hi so I'm a second year rn and planning to transfer bc I feel my current uni doesn't care much abt my course (Accountancy) and so the quality is lacking. I understand that there's the student factor but yeah. I went there cos I got a full scholarship but things happened and it became smaller and smaller and my family just can't afford that so I wanted to transfer to URS, a public school but the application period closed on me. What are other Unis in Rizal with no or small tuition fee would you recommend?

Also are there any locals who know where to look for local government scholarships? We're new in Taytay so we don't know where to look. Thanks
