Saying goodbye to our nanny 😢
The nanny we’ve had for the last three years suddenly gave her three week notice today. Due to personal reasons she is moving back home / out of state. I’m devastated because she’s been amazing, but more so because my 3 year old LOVES her and is so attached to her. Any advice on how to prepare my LO?
