Real Japanese Food from Japan (not delicious americanized Japanese food like Nobu) is disgusting

Japan has absolute dog shit food out of all the countries that people say has good food and I'm tired of pretending its not. If you havn't been to actual japan and stayed for over a month you don't get an opinion.

Secondly, I mean actual Japanese food ... not Americanized delicious Japanese food like Nobu.

If you go to actual Japan and go to actual Japanese restaurants with nothing but japanese people in it and no english menu, they're eating raw horse, fried mayonaisse and bbq sauce balls (takoyaki), literal bunch of shit mixed together with mayonaisse and bbq sauce squirted on top (okonomiyaki), fried everything, room temperature raw beef, no salads, white rice, salty water soups (miso soup), salty water noodles (ramen), they put room temperature raw egg on top of everything, salt and fat. 🤮 salt, fat and a side of constipation.

thirdly, im not just hating. I have indeed tried all of these things.

you can't tell me miso soup isn't just murky salty water.

fourthly, I love japan and it's people and i can't stop coming back.

Feeling hollow after finding and buying the guitar you've been searching for?

So the white whale ive been seeking has always been a J-45. I played one at a recording studio and Ive been thinking about it since. I was at a guitar show, and came across a vendor that had some J-45s. I bought a Nick Lucas model from their B&M store not too long ago and the salesman I bought it from was there.

They had 2 J45s, a 2025 murphy lab light age and a 2025 murphy lab heavy age. The light age one outperformed the heavy aged one. They made me a crazy deal since it was at the show, and I had bought the NL from them prior. I pulled the trigger.

There were lots of other high end guitars at the show and in the end I was pleasantly surprised to find that the one I bought outperformed every other guitar there.

I just assumed Gibson would not be able to compete with low volume makers like Collings etc. But sure enough, the Murphy Lab J-45 blew them all away. Everything else was dead compared to the J-45.

Anyways, I've been wanting a j-45 for the longest and everytime i go to guitar stores I look at them and think about buying one. Now that I have one, and not just any J-45, but an exceptional one, I cant help but feel a little hollow inside, knowing that I've found what Ive been seeking for all this time.
