Looking for a game for the new PC

Finally got around to building a PC, so I'm looking for a game that really uses it. In general, something that looks great and with immersive gameplay that I can play for days.

Some of my top games:
- Silksong
- Expedition 33
- RDR2
- Stardew Valley
- Tunic
- Persona 5 Royal
- BOTW
- Hades

Here's a more general list of some games I've played before to varying levels of enjoyment:
- God of War: Ragnarok
- Horizon Forbidden West
- Bloodborne
- AC Black Flag
- Terraria
- Celeste
- Wildfrost
- Elden Ring
- Outer Wilds
- Dead Space
- Balatro
- Spiderman

Hey guys. So far I have acquired a 4500X case and a 5070 Ti from Facebook Marketplace at good prices. I'm trying to keep the remainder of the build under $1300 if possible.

For background, while I game a lot, I'm also a programmer doing work in data processing, networks, and machine learning, so I'd want this PC to be good for these cases.

I was looking into bundles at Microcenter and saw a "AMD Ryzen 9 9900X, MSI X870E-P Pro WiFi DDR5, G.Skill Flare X5 Series 32GB DDR5-6000 Kit, Computer Build" bundle for $650 that seems pretty good for my needs, but I'm not too knowledgeable about PC deals and parts. I was wondering what parts are recommended and what parts I need. I think I still would need a power supply, storage, and a CPU cooler?

No peripherals are needed, and this is in the US.

I found a guy selling a "like new" ASUS TUF RTX 4080 Super (16GB) for $1000. I'm pretty new to PC building, and I'm not sure if that is a good deal in the current state of things. I see that the MSRP of it is also $1k but that it's much more expensive finding it online nowadays.
