Anyone else finding FBT overcharges when they actually check the numbers?

I've been reconciling FBT charges against TikTok's own rate card and keep finding the same patterns — retroactive shipping adjustments months after settlement, inflated dimensional/weight fees, duplicate deductions, and lost/damaged inventory that never gets reimbursed. And since TikTok only takes manual tickets within 60 days, most of it seems to just quietly expire.

Curious how common this actually is: has anyone here gone line-by-line through their settlement data? What did you find — and did you manage to get anything back through the ticket system, or did support just close it with a template?

How do you deal with the gap between the quote and the final invoice? (storage, detention, accessorials)

Something I keep seeing in threads here: a shipment gets quoted at one number, then storage/detention/accessorials pile on after booking and the final invoice looks nothing like the quote.

For those of you doing this daily — how do you actually stay on top of it? Do you check every carrier/line invoice against the original quote, or is that just not realistic and you mostly pay and move on?

Honestly most curious: what's the worst quote-vs-invoice surprise you've had, and did you bother disputing it or just eat it?
