I have a vocal tic right now where I repeat "I have a bomb, bomb, bomb." Usually my motor and vocal tics come out a very specific way that repeats the exact same movement or inflection no matter what, but this one feels different. I can say this phrase in pretty much any tone or voice level to satisfy the urge, however louder feels much better and more "complete" I would say. I haven't had a tic that is variable like this before, and I can't find much info about similar cases. Does anyone else experience this?

I've had vocal tics since I was about 6 years old (24 now), but they've always been extremely minor. Things like humming, sniffling, coughing, breathing patterns etc. I've only had full words last a couple times and nothing beyond that. Recently though, I developed a tic where I repeat the very unfortunate term "foid" over and over again. It's really upsetting me because I'm constantly saying it around my girlfriend, who does understand it's a tic and I can't control it, but she's definitely not used to me saying things like that and I feel awful about it. It's driving me nuts at work too. I work in the hotel industry, and usually my tics are pretty minor and I'm able to suppress until I can step into the back office. My coworkers know of my tics but I'm having trouble explaining this one to them. I'm just venting, luckily my weekend starts tomorrow so hopefully it goes away in that time.

Hello, I'm on Ryujinx Canary (latest build) and I'm playing Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream with Vulkan in gaming mode. I'm having the known issues with path artifacting, but also as of 2 days ago started experiencing nearly unplayable lag when on the island and zoomed out. Framerate is fine in houses, shops, editors. I'm up to about 20 Miis on my island so maybe the abundance of buildings is causing issues, but I thought I'd ask if anyone else is having problems or know of a solution.
