My concrete problem is that I want to disconnect by the end of May but need to ensure I don't lose wifi before that. I'm having a hard time figuring out what my options are.

My next payment is due on the 26th.Does that payment include the rest of May? Or would I have to pay another month's bill to have service until May 31st? I don't know if I can get a prorated bill in NJ but I sent a q to the state rep, still waiting.

Received a denial letter saying another application is being processed or was recently processed

received emails prompting me to add the deposit, but link craps out "due to inactivity" but does so immediately, not after any actual inactivity

what's going on? I did abort the application at first bc I was waiting for a transfer and couldn't pay the deposit. Is that it?
