I haven't played my Lyney in a while, what is currently considered the best team?

I kinda missed playing Lyney and I'm currently waiting to get his C1 from the Temper thyself event. But in the meantime I haven't been keeping up with the current best teams. I have most characters that I can imagine being relevant to Lyney, other than Xilonen maybe.

Is there any way to control Cerydra?

I am actually losing it. I have a E1S1 Rin Tohsaka and I'm trying to play around her at 3 star until I get Archer. But for some god damn reason my Cerydra keeps thinking 1 star Dan Heng with 1 item or 2 star Gilgamesh with 1 item are way better targets than my 3 item 3 star Rin Tohsaka in the first slot of the party that has 120 gem energy. It is so infuriating.

I want to put Cerydra off field but even if I compromise and put her on field, by the time she gets her turn she already wasted a lot of her potential and I have to reset her stacks by manually targeting Rin with her skill so I can't even auto play.

Is there a way to control her targeting? And also why is she not just targeting the first slot in the party like she's freaking supposed to?

Fatui an organization of revival (theory)

With Sandrone's recent return a thought crossed my mind of "wouldn't it be kinda cheap if they also bring Capitano back now?" because they just pulled that with Sandrone. But then I realised, revival is actually a core theme of the Fatui and a lot of things started to connect.

The Fatui's goal (or at least one of them) appears to be to revive the Third Descender. If that theory is true, that would mean the main goal of the Tsaritsa is heavily linked to revival or resurrection.

Sandrone was just revived after basically dying, thanks to her Stellar Linchpin and mechanical origin.

Dottore has his whole thing with the segments of course, but more thematically, his death in Nod Krai, allowed him to basically be reborn inside Irminsul, another form of revival.

Then there is Scaramouche of course who is self explanatory, he possibly fits the theme of revival better than anyone.

Columbina was a dying moon goddess, to the point where she physically disappeared and by all means she was effectively dead. But she was eventually "reborn" stronger than ever, thanks to the moon sisters giving her their powers.

Then of course you got Capitano, who literally had beef with Death herself, and is looking ever more likely of being "revived" as time goes on.
Signora is much less likely but still worth mentioning because of her thematic elements and her many recent appearances showing Mihoyo hasn't forgotten her.

Now for some of the weaker thematic connections, but they still make sense imo:

Tartaglia fell into the abyss when he was 14 and when he came back months later he was said to be like a different person. The boy Ajax died and was reborn as Tartaglia.

Pantalone is being kept alive by an elixir of life, and Pierro being kept alive by the curse of immortality. Not exactly revival, but it's somewhat close. Not to mention we haven't gotten their full stories yet, they might have better thematic connections later on.

Some of Pierro's lines in "A winter night's Lazzo" could also be interpreted to fit with this theme.
"In this chess board, checkmate is not where the game ends"
His line about the "old world" dying also implies the birth of a new world. Another form of rebirth perhaps.

People in the comments have also added some great comments for Arlecchhino's themes of revival!

Once I noticed all these connections, I feel even more strongly that Capitano and possibly even Signora might come back, because it is starting to look like a theme that ties the Fatui together.
I'd like to hear what you guys think.

What stats are we looking for on the artifact set?

So the update with the new artifact domain is out and before I go and use all my resin refills on the artifact domain I wanna clarify what stats are we looking for.

I'm sure crit stats are good of course but what else? Do I look for a lot of atk%, a lot of EM, both? Do we know how important is ER yet?
