I have been searching for a 3 BHK in the budget of 2.5cr since a month. I found many builder floor options in Sushant Lok 2&3, South City, Uppal Southend, Vipul World etc and I also explored DLF Properties, County center court etc in New gurgaon.

I’m a bit skeptical about going for builder floors as some residents have said that there are electricity and water supply issues in these areas and I’m also concerned about construction quality on these floors as I found sub-par construction in many options shown to me. Power backup is also available in very few options.

DLF Skycourt seemed well maintained though and the only issue I have been made aware of as of now is seepage in some flats. Though the distance from the main city is also an issue.

I would like recommendation from residents that which area should I choose. And are they facing any lifestyle issues in New Gurgaon?

Hello, I am about to buy a builder floor in Vipul World, A Block. Before I lock it in, I wanted to get some feedback from people familiar with the area.

How is the ground reality regarding:
• Waterlogging: Does the block flood during heavy rains?
• Electricity & Water: Are there frequent power cuts or issues with water supply/quality? Also is power backup supply by RWA reliable?
• Maintenance: Are there any maintenance issues?

Are there any other major issues or shortcomings I should be aware of?
