First of all sorry if it is a wrong place to ask this,I couldn't find anything anywhere and ended up here.So I have a 2012 obc certificate with magistrate stamp and silver sticker and as things are digitalised the older ones do not have the data online so I wanted to issue a new one.Can anyone help me what can I do to get a new one as I don't stay in Punjab.

I tried to reapply using my sister's caste certificate which is also the same but on the website it is asking for a specific number or barcode which the older ones don't have. Please help if someone can.

I recently found an old OBC caste certificate in my documents that I didn’t even know existed. It was issued in Punjab in my name in 2012. It says it was created in the office of the Tehsildar and has stamps/signatures from the Executive Magistrate along with a silver government sticker/seal.

I wanted to ask:

1)Is this certificate still valid or does it expire?

2)If it has expired, can I renew/reapply for a new one? What is the process?

3)There is also a spacing issue in my surname on the certificate. For example, my correct surname is written as “Hansraj” but on the certificate it is written as “Hans Raj”. Can this be corrected while applying for a new one?

I was filling the mu form for baf and selected 5 colleges as my preference after submitting the form it was submitted twice for every clg i.e.10 forms and they even have different form numbers is it a problem? And if it is how can I solve it

So while filling the form my name as per qualifying exam does not have space in my fathers name example- hansraj but in my aadhar card there is space hans raj(this is just an example) so I visited aadhar center to remove the space because it was mismatching in digilocker wala step but they said gazzete lagega and gazette banane ko 3 weeks itna time nhi he if in name as per qualifying exam me space dedu i.e hans raj(fathers name) to kuch problem to nhi hoga na like it's very minor issue but I am scared ki agar if they can't find my marksheet and my name will not appear in merit list.Pls help🙏🏻
