Hi. I’ve been DMing for a few years now and wanted to share some of the magic items I’ve created over that time. A lot of work went into refining these mechanically and thematically, and I’ve tried to make them feel like they could fit naturally into a real 5e campaign. Hi. I've googled this but couldn't find a good result for what I'm looking for. I'm looking for a small warehouse or workshop that I can store furniture I make, or refurnish, and sell out of. It's a small gig, so I'm not necessarily looking for something high-end commercial, I'm talking maybe 5-10 pieces of furniture at a time.

Do you know someone who I could talk with and maybe work something out on a monthly basis?

If one of you guys have the new Steam Controller, could you let me know how it plays with GW2? Could you share your Steam Controller Profile with us? This is something I've been exceedingly interested in ever since Valve released the trailer for these new Steam Hardware additions.

I've played with an Xbox controller and it feels like it's distinctly missing something, so I'm hopeful for the new Steam Controller!
