I am trying to log into EDD for the first time in a long time (I honestly can’t remember if I’ve ever accessed it before but apparently I have an account.)

I’ve put in my email and sent an update password email to myself, but when I try to update the password, it just keeps saying something went wrong.

Gives me a number to call then whenever I call that number it just spins me in circles and never actually connects me to anyone.

I’ve tried just about everything to try and figure out if I can access my account or create a new account and it seems like it’s impossible for me to do either.

Has anyone experienced this? Any idea how I can get access to my account or set up a new one? I need to get set up with FMLA

i had a bad plank (Burbank Oak by CoreTec) and so i have been trying to replace it.

from one bad plank i now have 6 broken planks and my floor is in shambles

i can’t believe how tricky it is to replace these planks without ripping up the whole floor. the edges of these things are so fragile that even the smallest mistake costs dearly

anybody have experience with this type of flooring? advice for fixing the floor without ripping up all the way to the wall?
