Made myself a berry Chantilly cake for my 31st birthday today! We celebrated at my office yesterday since everyone is in on Tuesdays and this cake was a hit. 4 layers and filled with a berry jam I made from frozen strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries and then topped with the same fresh berries (minus raspberries since my local store was out) and iced with Chantilly icing. Purposefully left some of the cake peeking through on the sides to give it that naked look.
