My nipples show through my T-shirt even when I’m wearing a bra. Does it really look bad, or is it just a normal thing?

I’m looking for some honest opinions and practical advice.

I prefer wearing unlined or lightly lined bras because I find padded bras uncomfortable. I wear good quality bras. The problem is that when my nipples get hard (from the cold, movement, etc.), they show through both my bra and my T-shirt.

My biggest question is: Does it actually look really bad, or is it something most people see as natural and don’t think much about? I feel self-conscious about it, but I’m not sure if I’m overthinking it.

For those of you who also wear unpadded bras:
Is it actually as noticeable as I think it is, or am I overthinking it?
Have people ever commented on it?
What do you do to prevent it without switching to padded bras?

I’m hoping for solutions that don’t involve wearing a heavily padded bra. If you’ve found something comfortable that works (like nipple covers, bra inserts, specific bra styles, or certain fabrics), I’d really appreciate your recommendations.
Thanks!

Is this emotional manipulation or am I being too cautious?

Met a guy through a matrimonial app recently and initially he seemed like a huge green flag. Very caring, emotionally available, affectionate, and we connected deeply over long calls and meetings.

But slowly things started feeling off. He spoke about how many girls like him/exes want him back, said after marriage I should give my income to his family business, pushed for hotel meetings even after I hesitated, and later started pushing for FaceTime sexual conversations too.

What confused me most was that he kept saying he loves me and made me feel emotionally safe, but then suddenly said our kundlis don’t match so we shouldn’t move forward seriously while still trying to emotionally and physically escalate things.

Am I overthinking or are these actual red flags/manipulative behaviours?
