MMA at 37

I’ve been training Muay Thai the last six months at an mma gym and I really enjoy it. I’m not good at it by any means but the cardio it gives someone at my age is amazing. I’ve also dipped my toe into bjj the beginning of the year which I enjoyed but quit because I found it embarrassing rolling on people due to my size, but I’ve now lost a lot of weight thanks to Muay Thai and will be going back to bjj soon.

I’m seriously considering doing 1-2 beginner MMA classes per week. I have no ambition to become a fighter, and will purely be focussed on the exercise element of it all. I probably won’t even go to the MMA sparring sessions.

With that said, is it a silly idea for a man of age to start MMA training? Should I just stick with the Muay Thai and BJJ?

My friend caught this on video

Raw footage

See from 00:15 - 00:20

There is a shadow of a woman passing beside their bike.

There were 2 people on the bike (my friend who was riding and his local friend).

They didn't catch it while recording but when they returned and saw the footage, my friend became ill and took a couple of days to recover.

This is in Kolkata, exact location I can't really tell

Wildlife spotting in or near nessebar

I’m going to nessebar later this week and my son is fascinated with wildlife. Can someone suggest some places we could go in or around too see some animals? Preferably wild ones
