Costco had to send my left Phillips HA in for service. They say it's a 7 to 10-day turnaround. Does anyone have experience with the service turnaround for hearing aids at Costco?

Our Maytag top loader is only been installed for 6 weeks, and some how water is getting on the top of the outside of the washing machine.
