If anyone could PLEASE PLEASE tell the avg package and placement percentage on campus for CS/IT branches specifically?

I don't get, considering hbtu has a larger alumni network and is the longest time institution standing iiit bhopal has and avg package of 19 LPA and iiit pune 1of 17 LPA while hbtu has 9 LPA and bhopal percent placement is 90% while iiit pune has an okay percent placement too while all of it's cutoff goes around the same rank meaning taking same level students why is there such a large deviation with the average package? Please anyone from iiit or hbtu address this Please 🙏🏻
