While I love my Para 1's I had an issue with the headband adjusters constantly breaking. Now I bought them direct from moondrop on AliExpress, and I do have to say their service has been fantastic! They sent me a handful of replacements for free and they kept me going for a while but when the last one I had broke I wanted a better solution. I noticed the new Skyland had a very similar looking adjuster, I asked if it was metal or just silver plastic. After consulting with their engineers they came back and said it was basically the same part but metal! So $25 later they sent me a set from the Skyland and they fit perfectly. I don't see these breaking any time soon. So if you have some Para and had the same issue I was upgraded to the metal ones from the Skyland.
